Who can access your data
Access in Leadey is controlled by roles, so people only see and change what they should.
Admin and Member roles
Admins can manage the organisation, billing, team, and platform settings. Members can work campaigns, leads, and calls, but cannot change organisation-wide settings. Give each person the lowest role they need.
Campaign visibility
Campaigns can be Private, visible only to assigned members, or Public, visible to the whole team. You set this when you create a campaign.
Managing access
Add or remove members and change roles under Settings, then Team. Removing a member frees their seat and revokes their access.
How Leadey staff access data
Our own staff access your data only as needed to provide and support the service, under confidentiality obligations. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum for the detail.
