Most issues come down to a connection that is not set up yet. Here are the common ones and how to fix them.

My emails are not sending

Email steps need a connected mailbox. Go to Settings, then Email Accounts, and connect a Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP account. Until a mailbox is connected, email steps in your sequences will not send.

LinkedIn steps are not working

LinkedIn steps need each rep's LinkedIn account connected through Unipile. Go to Settings, then LinkedIn, and connect the account. If it shows Not Connected, the LinkedIn steps and analytics stay empty.

I cannot make calls

Calling needs an active phone number assigned to you. Check Settings, then Phone Lines, for an active number. For UK numbers, make sure your organisation has an approved regulatory bundle. If a call does not connect, confirm the lead has a valid phone number.

A lead is not advancing in a sequence

Leads move based on the disposition you pick after a call and your reply tracking. Check the funnel action for that disposition under Settings, then Power Dialer, to confirm it advances, retries, or drops the lead.
