Every campaign has an Analytics tab that shows how it is performing, from the headline numbers down to each step of your sequence.

Open campaign analytics

Open a campaign and select the Analytics tab.

What you will see

Overall performance shows the campaign totals: how many leads are in it, how many are active, your reply rate, how many have completed, and how many bounced. Step-by-step performance breaks this down for each step in your sequence, so you can see where leads drop off. Performance by source shows how leads from different sources are doing.

The per-campaign Cockpit

The campaign's Cockpit tab shows what is due right now, such as calls due and emails scheduled or sent today, so you can keep the campaign moving day to day.

Acting on what you see

If a step has a low reply rate, revisit its message or timing. If a step has high bounces, clean or enrich those leads before sending again.
