When a lead is interested, convert it into an opportunity so it shows up in your pipeline and forecast as a real deal.

Convert a lead

  1. Open the lead's page.
  2. In the Opportunities section, select Convert to opportunity.
  3. Set the deal's value and its stage.

What happens next

The opportunity appears on your Opportunities board at the stage you chose, and it counts toward your open and weighted pipeline. The conversion is also logged on the lead's activity timeline.
