Your Leadey account data is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt) and never leaves the EU. Leadey is operated by Octogle Technologies CO. L.L.C (Dubai, UAE).

Certified security

Leadey's information security management system is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, the international standard for information security management.

The providers Leadey relies on

Leadey works with a small set of trusted providers to deliver the product, including Twilio for calling and phone numbers, Clerk for sign-in, and Stripe for payments. Each processes only the data needed to deliver its feature. A current list of our sub-processors is available to customers on request.

Why EU hosting matters

Keeping your data in the EU is part of how Leadey stays aligned with the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. It is a deliberate choice, not an afterthought.
