UK-compliant calling explained

Calling people in the UK comes with regulatory requirements. Leadey handles them for you, so you can start calling without setting up your own carrier account.

Approved regulatory bundles

Your UK numbers are provisioned against approved UK Business regulatory bundles held under your organisation. These bundles are what make compliant UK local and mobile calling possible inside Leadey.

What you need to do

If your organisation already has an approved bundle, you can provision a UK number in minutes. If not, you can submit a new bundle for review with your business documents. See Provision a compliant UK number for the steps.

Your responsibilities

Compliant numbers are only part of the picture. You are responsible for screening your lists against the TPS and CTPS and for honouring Do Not Call requests. Under the UK Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, even an attempted call to a registered number can breach the rules, so keep your suppression lists up to date.

Keeping calls respectful

Mark any contact as Do Not Call to remove them from active calling queues. See Do Not Call and consent.
