Open the recordings list

Go to Recordings. You will see every call with the contact, company, number, rep, direction, duration, date, and result.

Filter to find a call

Use the filters for direction, result, and member, or search by name, company, or number to find a specific call.

Listen, read, and review

Play a recording inline, or expand a row to read the full transcript and the AI summary of what was said and what to do next.

Where else summaries appear

Each call and its summary also save to the lead's activity timeline, so the full history sits on the lead's page.
