Numbers that survive scrutiny

Weighted pipeline, and a sit rate that excludes meetings nobody dispositioned rather than guessing.

Proof Points

  • Weighted by stage probability or per-deal override
  • Total pipeline, weighted, won this month, 90-day win rate
  • Sit rate excludes un-dispositioned meetings
  • Dispositioned and undispositioned counts returned for audit
  • Identical calculation in UI and API

How It Works

  1. Set default probabilities per stage
  2. Override on individual deals
  3. Read the weighted forecast
  4. Pull the same numbers via the API

Benefits

Explainable weighting

Stage default, overridable per deal. When someone challenges the forecast, you can show them exactly how it was built.

Honest sit rate

Sit rate is attended divided by attended plus no-show. Meetings where nobody recorded what happened are excluded from the denominator entirely, rather than being quietly counted as no-shows — and the response returns both counts so you can audit it. Most tools silently pick one interpretation and never tell you which.

One number everywhere

The dashboard, the board and the API share the same libraries.

Frequently asked questions

Can I override probability per deal?

Yes.

Why exclude un-dispositioned meetings?

Because counting them as no-shows understates your sit rate and counting them as attended overstates it. Excluding them is the only honest option, and telling you how many there were lets you judge.

Can I export this?

Yes, via the API. Developers →
