The guardrails you'd otherwise buy separately

Warmup ramps, sending windows, jittered pacing, suppression and DNS monitoring — built in, on every channel.

Proof Points

  • One config governs workflows, manual sends and queues
  • Defaults: email 100/mailbox/day · LinkedIn 25 invites, 60 messages, 80 views/day · SMS 200/line/day · WhatsApp 200/sender/day
  • Per-account warmup ramp based on account age
  • Sending windows with real IANA timezone handling
  • Jittered drip pacing
  • Atomic slot reservation; failed sends release their slot
  • CAN-SPAM unsubscribe footer with a signed token
  • SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX and tracking monitored per domain with a health score

How It Works

  1. Set daily caps per channel
  2. Set your sending window and timezone
  3. Configure warmup length and starting percentage
  4. Everything else obeys it automatically

Benefits

Warmup that follows each account's own age

You set a target daily cap. Each individual sending account ramps up to it over time, based on how long that account has existed. Add a brand-new mailbox to a mature pool and it starts small while the others carry on at full volume.

Pacing, not bursts

The day's allowance is spread across your sending window with jitter. Five hundred emails don't all leave at nine o'clock — that burst pattern is one of the clearest automation signals a spam filter looks for.

Windows in the recipient's real timezone

Configure the days and hours you send. A three in the morning email is both useless and a signal.

A cap that actually holds

The cap check and the pacing check happen in a single atomic operation. Parallel sends can't slip through the gap between reading a counter and incrementing it — which is exactly how naive rate limiters fail under load.

Suppression that closes the loop

Unsubscribe, a "stop" reply, a hard bounce or a spam complaint all add the address to your suppression list and exit that lead from any running sequence.

Frequently asked questions

What happens when a limit is reached?

Sending stops and leads are held. They resume next window. Nothing is dropped.

Can I set different limits per mailbox?

You set the org target; each account ramps to it based on its own age.

Does this cover SMS and LinkedIn too?

Yes, one system for all four channels.
