A pipeline groups the stages a deal moves through. Every organisation starts with a default Sales pipeline, and you can adjust its stages or add more pipelines for other motions, such as renewals or partners.

Edit your stages

  1. Go to Settings, then Pipelines.
  2. Select the Sales pipeline.
  3. For each stage, set its label, its type (Open, Won, or Lost), and its win probability.
  4. Add or remove stages with the Stage controls, then save.

Why probabilities matter

Each stage's probability drives your weighted forecast on the Opportunities board, so realistic probabilities give you a realistic view of what will close.

Add a pipeline

Select Add to create a pipeline for a different motion. Each pipeline has its own stages, so you can track new business separately from renewals or partnerships.
