A sequence is the set of steps a lead moves through in a campaign. You can mix channels and control the timing of each step, so the right action happens on the right day.
Add steps
In the Sequence step of the campaign builder, add a step for each touch. For each one, choose the channel: a call, an email, an SMS, or a LinkedIn action.
Set the timing
Give each step a day, counted from when the lead enters the campaign. For example, a call on day 0, an email on day 1, and another call on day 3. Steps run in the order and on the days you set.
How steps advance
Leads move to the next step automatically, based on your power dialer dispositions and reply tracking. For example, a no-answer disposition can retry a step, while an interested disposition can advance the lead. You set this behaviour under Settings, then Power Dialer.
Who does the work
Each step is assigned to the rep working the lead, so calls, emails, and LinkedIn touches appear in the right person's queue on the Cockpit.
Before you launch
If your sequence includes email, connect a mailbox in the Email automation step. If it includes LinkedIn, each rep needs LinkedIn connected under Settings, then LinkedIn.
