How Leadey handles your data

Leadey is operated by Octogle Technologies CO. L.L.C (Dubai, UAE) and is built for UK and EU teams. You own your data, it is hosted in the EU, and you can export it at any time.

Who we are

The Leadey platform is provided by Octogle Technologies CO. L.L.C. Although we are based in the UAE, we serve UK and EU customers, so we comply with the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

Controller and processor

For your account data, Leadey is the data controller. For the leads and contacts you upload, enrich, call and message, you are the controller and Leadey is your processor, handling that data on your instructions under our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

Where your data is hosted

Your account data is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt) and does not leave it. Our information security management system is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022.

You own your data

The leads, contacts, recordings and pipeline in your account belong to you. You can export your leads to CSV at any time from the Leads screen.

How calling stays compliant

Calls are placed through approved UK regulatory bundles, and you can mark any contact as Do Not Call to keep them out of active queues. See the UK-compliant calling and Do Not Call articles for the detail.
