Templates save your best messages so you and your team can reuse them, and merge variables drop each lead's details into the message automatically.

Create a template

1. Go to Templates.
2. Select New Template.
3. Choose the type: email, LinkedIn, or SMS.
4. Write your message, add a subject for emails, and save.

Personalise with merge variables

Add merge variables to pull in a lead's details, such as {{first_name}} for their first name and {{company}} for their company. When the message sends, Leadey replaces each variable with that lead's information.
