Start a call session with the power dialler

The power dialler calls through your queue one lead at a time, so you spend your time talking, not dialling. Every call is recorded and summarised, and the outcome you pick moves the lead forward automatically.

Start dialling

  1. From the Cockpit, select Start call session. You can also open a campaign and select Start Dialler to dial that campaign's call queue.
  2. Pick the number you are calling from, if you have more than one.
  3. The dialler opens the first lead and places the call.

During a call

The lead's details, history, and notes stay on screen while you talk. Take notes as you go; they save to the lead's timeline.

Pick a disposition

When the call ends, choose a disposition, which is the outcome of the call. Leadey includes system dispositions such as connected, interested, booked-meeting, callback-requested, voicemail, no-answer, gatekeeper, not-interested, wrong-number, bad-number, and do-not-call. Each one has a funnel action that decides what happens next: advance the lead to the next step, retry on this step, drop the lead as lost, or do nothing. You can adjust these under Settings, then Power Dialler.

Drop a voicemail

If you reach voicemail, select Drop VM to play a pre-recorded message and move on. You record or upload voicemails under Settings, then Power Dialler.

After the session

Your calls, recordings, and AI summaries save automatically. Find them under Recordings.
