Twilio is the carrier layer under Leadey's calling and messaging. When you buy a number, place a call, drop a voicemail or send a text, Twilio carries it. You don't need your own Twilio account — it's built in.

How We Use It
Leadey holds the Twilio relationship. Calling and messaging usage is billed at real carrier cost from your prepaid calling balance — Leadey pulls the actual price of each call and message rather than estimating.
