Leadey records calls and transcribes both sides automatically when the recording is ready. AI writes a summary with key takeaways and next steps, and picks the outcome.
Where to find them
Analytics → Recordings: every call, with filters for direction, result, outcome, member and date, and a search box.
A lead’s timeline: expand any call.
Reviewing a call
Open a recording to see the AI Summary and Transcript tabs. Click a transcript line to jump there, change speed between 1×, 1.5× and 2×, see each speaker’s share of talk time, copy the transcript, or download the audio.
Tip. Share copies a link your teammates can open when they’re signed in to your workspace.
Tip. To find calls where something was said, filter leads by Call transcript (contains).
Access. Seeing recordings needs the recordings permission. Members see their own calls by default.
