New
Assigned to
A new default field on every lead, with the person’s photo in its own column. Assignment is per company, so one rep owns every contact there.
Auto-assign
Share new leads equally or by weighted percentage, with daily caps and a pause per person. Set it for each campaign from its team, or for the whole workspace in Settings.
Campaign Team
A proper team view for every campaign: add people, change their role, remove them, and choose who receives new leads.
Change assignee in bulk
Select leads and move them in one go. When the selection belongs to several people, choose where each person’s leads go, then confirm with a before-and-after view.
“Only their leads” permission
A role can now be limited to the leads assigned to it, across tables, search, the dialer and the lead profile. Managers can filter by any person.
Requires attention
A red ring marks leads whose latest message is theirs and still unanswered. Flip one switch to see only those, and hover the ring for the message.
CSV import on the Leads page
Import a spreadsheet straight into your workspace, without a campaign, using the same column mapper and duplicate handling campaigns use.
Improved
Unsubscribe link is optional per email
Workflow email steps have an “Include unsubscribe link” option for one-to-one style messages.
Relative date ranges in filters
Filter on “between 30 and 60 days ago”, not just “in the last N days”.
Faster campaigns for large workspaces
Workspaces with hundreds of rule-based campaigns load their campaign list and counts without stalling.
Company grouping follows the company record
Grouping leads by company now uses the company itself rather than its website, so contacts at the same firm always sit together.
Fixed
Deal owner on the lead profile
The opportunity card shows who the deal is assigned to.
Assignment shows up everywhere at once
Changing who a lead is assigned to updates the table, the Leads page and the profile without a refresh.
