This Cookie Policy explains how Leadey Technologies CO L.L.C, a company incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Leadey", "we", "us", or "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at leadey.ai (the "Website") and in the Leadey application at app.leadey.ai (the "App").
It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, which lets a website keep small pieces of information in your browser. We refer to all of these as "cookies" in this policy.
Cookies can be strictly necessary (needed for a site to work), preference cookies (remembering choices you make), analytics cookies (measuring how a site is used) or advertising cookies (tracking you across sites to show you ads).
2. Our approach
We keep cookies to a minimum.
- The Website uses only strictly necessary and preference cookies.
- We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or social-media tracking pixels on the Website.
- We do not currently use analytics cookies on the Website. If we introduce analytics that require consent, we will ask for it first and update this policy.
Because the Website only uses cookies that are strictly necessary or that remember a choice you've made, we don't show a cookie banner.

Content from other Leadey services
Some parts of the Website load content from our own services, which may set their own strictly necessary cookies under their own domains:
- Booking a demo. The demo booking calendar is embedded from app.leadey.ai. It may set strictly necessary cookies to keep the booking form secure and working.
- System status. The status indicator reads our public status page at status.leadey.ai, which is operated by our status-page provider. Reading it does not set cookies on the Website.
4. Cookies in the App
The App at app.leadey.ai uses cookies and local storage that are needed to provide the Service, including:
- authentication cookies set by our authentication provider (Clerk) to keep you signed in and to protect your account;
- security cookies that help detect and prevent fraud and abuse;
- preference storage for settings such as your theme, table columns and filters; and
- payment cookies set by our payment provider (Stripe) on its checkout pages when you pay for a subscription or credits.
These are strictly necessary for the App to work, so they can’t be switched off in the App. Blocking them in your browser will stop you signing in.
5. Managing cookies
You can change your theme at any time with the light/dark switch in the Website header, which updates the leadey-theme cookie.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers let you:
- see which cookies are stored and delete them individually or all at once;
- block cookies from particular sites or from all sites; and
- block third-party cookies.
If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Website and the App may not work, for example signing in or booking a demo.
Use the Cookie settings controls on this page to clear the preferences the Website has stored in your browser.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the cookies we use. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Where a change means we need your consent, we will ask for it before setting the new cookies.
