Lead scoring

Every lead scored, from everything they’ve said.

AI reads each lead’s calls, emails, messages, meetings and form answers, weighs how they came to you, and gives them a score from 0 to 100 that updates within a minute when they reply.

It reads the whole conversation
Call transcripts, emails, SMS, WhatsApp, LinkedIn messages and rep notes, not just opens and clicks. A prospect who asked for a quote on a call scores like one.
Opt-ins score above cold lists
Someone who filled in your Meta lead form with real answers is warmer than a name on a CSV list. The score knows the difference, even for leads you migrated in.
A reason behind every number
Each lead shows what pushed the score up and what pulled it down, like “Asked for a quote on a call” or “No reply to 6 attempts”, so reps trust it and act on it.
What it reads

The whole profile, not just opens and clicks.

Most lead scores count email opens. This one reads what the lead actually said and did, on every channel, and how they came to you in the first place.

Call transcripts
The summary of every connected call and the prospect’s own words: what they asked, agreed and objected to.
Emails
Both sides of the thread, with quoted history and signatures stripped. Out-of-office replies are ignored.
SMS & WhatsApp
Texts and WhatsApp messages in and out, on every number.
LinkedIn
Messages from connected LinkedIn accounts.
Meetings & deals
Booked, upcoming, attended and no-show meetings, and whether they have an open, won or lost deal.
Form answers & fields
Every custom field and booking-form answer: property type, budget, timeframe, whatever you capture.
How they came to you
Lead-ad and form webhooks, booking pages, campaigns, import file names, UTM tags and the questions they answered.
Rep notes
Notes your team leaves on the lead, read as context.
How the score is built

Four parts, weighted your way.

AI judges what people said. Code does everything exact: counts, dates, recency and the rules that always apply. You choose how much each part counts.

Intent40% by default
What they’ve said: buying signals, questions about price, an agreed next step, their timeline, objections, whether they make the decision. It fades when they go quiet.
Engagement25% by default
What they’ve done: replies on any channel, connected calls and talk time, meetings booked and attended. Recent activity counts for more.
Source20% by default
How they arrived. Someone who filled in your lead form or booked themselves starts far warmer than a name on a list.
Fit15% by default
How closely they match the ideal customer you describe in settings. Without one, a complete, reachable profile scores higher.

Four leads, four very different scores.

Two came from the same cold list. One opted in and then said no. What they said and did decides where they land.

Tiers

Hot, warm, cool, cold.

Every score maps to a tier, so a rep can sort a campaign or filter to the hot ones without thinking about numbers.

Hot70 and aboveReady now. They’ve asked for a quote, agreed a next step or booked a meeting. Call them first.
Warm45 to 69Interested. Opted in with real answers, or engaging with questions. Keep the conversation moving.
Cool25 to 44Not yet engaged. Untouched leads and lists land here until they respond.
ColdBelow 25Unlikely right now: no response after many attempts, not interested, or can’t be contacted.
Rules that always apply

Common sense, built in.

A clear no caps it
“Not interested”, an unsubscribe, a wrong contact or a lost deal holds the score down, however warm the rest looks. A later conversation that goes ahead overrides an old no.
A meeting sets a floor
A booked or attended meeting, an open deal, or a quote request with a next step agreed in the last three weeks keeps a lead warm or hot.
Won is 100
A won deal scores 100 and shows as a customer.
What they said beats how they arrived
Once a lead has actually talked to you, their words count for more than the list they came from.
9 in 10tested on real leads
Tested against leads where we already knew how it ended.
We scored 160 leads from a Leadey customer’s account, half that went on to book or buy and half that turned out to be bad fits or dead numbers, without telling the score how each one ended. It ranked a lead that booked above one that didn’t 9 times out of 10.

How it works

From a list of names to a ranked pipeline.

01

It reads each lead

Calls, emails, messages, meetings, deals, custom fields and the lead’s source all go in. Dates, counts and recency are worked out exactly, not guessed.

Intent from what they said, engagement from what they did, source from how they arrived, and fit against your ideal customer, combined with weights you control.

It keeps up

A new reply, a call, a transcript, a status change or a deal update rescores the lead within a minute, and scores fade when a lead goes quiet.

Twelve leads are hot. Priya Shah is top at 76: she asked for a quote on Tuesday’s call and agreed a site visit.

the score of the lead reps call first

“We stopped arguing about which leads were worth a call. The ones who asked for a quote are at the top, the cold list is at the bottom, and the reason is right there.”
