Meeting recordings and the meeting scorecard
Bring in Fathom or Fireflies recordings and get an AI summary and scorecard.

- 1Connect a recorderIn Settings → Integrations, choose Fathom or Fireflies and paste your API key.
- 2Pull in recordingsOn a lead’s Meetings section, pull in recordings from Fathom or Fireflies, or add a recording and transcript by hand.
- 3Open the meetingThe meeting window has Scorecard, AI Summary and Transcript tabs. Click Score this call or Summarise this meeting.
The scorecard
The scorecard rates six areas from 0 to 10: Rapport & Trust, Discovery / Needs, Value & Pitch, Objection Handling, Talk : Listen Balance and Next-Step Secured. It also gives an overall score out of 100 with a verdict (Strong, Solid, Fair or Needs work), strengths, things to improve, and the talk ratio.
Note. Scorecards are for meeting recordings. Phone calls get an AI summary and outcome instead.
