Booking form questions

In a booking page’s Booking form, add questions of these types: Short text, Long text, Email, Phone, Number, Link, Date, Dropdown, Dropdown · multiple, Tick box and Guest emails.

Built-in questions are name, email (always required), guests and “Anything to share?”. Phone and Company are there but hidden until you turn them on.

Where answers go

For each question, choose to keep the answer on the meeting only, or save it to a lead field or one of your custom fields. Saved answers only fill empty fields and never overwrite existing data. Tick Must be answered to make a question required.
