The power dialer

Call through a campaign one lead after another, with hotkeys for everything.

    Open a campaign
    The dialer runs on a campaign’s leads.

    Click Start Power Dialer
    Choose the number to call from under Calling from.

    Adjust the queue (optional)
    Under Advanced, set how long to wait before calling the same person again, when to give up on someone, and whether to Dial every lead (ignoring the campaign’s saved filter).

    Click Start session
    Leadey calls leads who’ve never been called first, then whoever was called longest ago.

The dialer bar

The Power Dialer bar stays with you across Leadey and shows progress, the current lead and their number. Turn on Following to open each lead’s profile as you dial.

Hotkeys

Space: pause or resume.
Esc: hang up.
S: skip to the next lead now.
B: go back.
M: mute.
V: drop a voicemail.
0–9: tag the call you just finished with an outcome.

Set a wait between calls (Manual, or 3 to 15 seconds; 5 by default). It counts down before dialling the next lead.

Who gets called

Admins set the defaults in Settings → Power Dialer: skip do-not-call contacts and closed leads, respect contacts’ time zones, how long to wait before calling someone again, and when to give up on them.

Note. Each lead is reserved for a few minutes while you dial, so two reps never call the same person at once.
