Get a phone number

   Open Phone Lines

   Go to Settings → Phone Lines and click Provision new number.

   Choose a country and type

   Pick the country, then Local, Mobile, Toll-Free or National (what’s available depends on the country).

   Allocate

   Click Allocate a number. Leadey picks an available number for you.

   Assign it

   Give it a friendly name and assign it to a teammate, or keep it org-wide. Then click Assign & finish.

Countries

You can get numbers in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy and South Africa. US and Canadian numbers are available straight away.

UK, EU and other approved numbers

Numbers marked Approval needed need a regulatory bundle: your business details and documents, checked by the telecoms regulator. One bundle covers one country and one number type.

   Create a bundle

   Under Regulatory bundles, click New Bundle. Enter your business name, type and registration number (Companies House in the UK), your registered address and an authorised representative. Click Save as draft.

   Upload documents

   Upload the documents listed, such as proof of business registration and proof of address.

   Submit

   Click Submit for review. Approval usually takes a few working days. Use Check status to see where it’s at.
