Sending limits, sending windows and warmup
Control how much Leadey sends per mailbox and account, and when.

Go to Settings → Sending Limits. These rules apply to everything your workflows send.
Daily caps (defaults)
Emails: 100 per mailbox per day.
LinkedIn: 25 invitations, 60 messages and 80 profile views per account per day, and 150 invitations per week.
SMS: 200 per phone line per day.
WhatsApp: 200 per sender per day.
Set a cap to 0 to stop that channel.
Sending window
Only send during working hours is on by default: 09:00–17:00, Monday to Friday. Set the time zone your window and daily reset should follow (UTC by default).
Pacing and warmup
Randomise gaps between sends so messages don’t go out at robotic intervals (35% by default).
Warm up new accounts: new mailboxes and accounts start at 20% of their cap and ramp up over 14 days.
Note. When a cap is reached, leads wait on that step and continue the next day. They’re never skipped.
Message frequency
On the same page, Message frequency makes sure nobody gets the same message twice, and can cap how many messages one person receives a week.
Access. If you don’t see this tab, your role doesn’t include it. Ask an admin in your workspace.
