LinkedIn steps in workflows
Send connection requests, messages and profile visits automatically.

Send message: skipped while an invitation to that person is still pending.

If they’re already connected
For connection requests, choose what happens: Send a message instead (the default), Skip this step, or Send the invite anyway. You can write a separate message for existing connections.
Who it sends from
Send from a fixed account, from the user who triggered the workflow, or rotate across the campaign’s sending accounts. Each lead keeps the same account once they’ve been assigned one.
Limits
Defaults per account: 25 invitations, 60 messages and 80 profile views a day, and 150 invitations a week. Change them in Settings → Sending Limits.
New accounts ramp up over 14 days.

Tip. Leadey checks for accepted invitations about every 15 minutes. Use the LinkedIn request accepted trigger, or a Wait for event step, to follow up when someone accepts.
