Connect Gmail, Outlook or another mailbox
Send and receive email in Leadey from your own inbox.

Go to Settings → Mailboxes. In Email Accounts, click Connect Gmail or Connect Outlook and sign in to your account.
Other providers (SMTP)
Click Connect via SMTP and enter your name, email address, SMTP host and port (587, or 465 for SSL), username if it’s different from your email, and password or app password. Add your IMAP host and port (993) so replies come into Leadey. Then click Test & Connect.
Managing mailboxes
Set as default: the mailbox you send from by default.
Edit: change the From name.
Reconnect: fix a mailbox that’s lost its connection.
Disconnect: remove it.
Note. Admins see every mailbox in the workspace. Everyone else sees their own.
