The enrolment review queue
Why some leads wait for approval before a workflow messages them.
Updated 23 September 2026
To stop people being messaged by mistake, Leadey holds some leads back before a “Lead enters a campaign” workflow starts them. A bar appears on the campaign and the workflow: “N leads are waiting to enter…”.
Why leads are held
Audience changed: they joined because someone edited the campaign’s filters.
Large batch: more than 100 leads joined in one go.
Been here before: they’ve already been through this workflow.
Held manually.
What you can do
Click Review to see who’s waiting and why, then Enrol to start them or Don’t enrol to release them without sending anything.
Note. Held leads that aren’t reviewed expire after 14 days, and nothing is sent to them.
