Send leads in with the inbound webhook

Push leads from forms, Zapier or Facebook Lead Ads into a campaign.

    Open the campaign
    Click Add Leads → Inbound webhook.

    Turn it on
    Enable the webhook and copy the Webhook URL.

    Send leads
    POST JSON to that URL from your form, Zapier or any tool.

Matching fields

Leadey matches each field in your data: first your own mappings, then standard field names, then common aliases (for example phone_number or mobile for phone, and company_name for company), then custom field keys. Nested data works too. Mark a field Ignored to drop it.

Every lead needs an email or a name, or the request is rejected (422).
A lead with an email already in this campaign is updated, not duplicated.
New leads fire the Lead enters a campaign trigger, so a workflow can respond straight away.
Heads up. Regenerating the token changes the URL, and the old one stops working.
