API keys and the Leadey API
Create a key, authenticate, and find the full API reference.

- 1Create a keyGo to Settings → API Keys & MCP and click Create key.
- 2Choose accessRead only allows GET requests for leads, campaigns, meetings and metrics. Read and write can also create and change leads, notes, tasks and calls, recorded as you.
- 3Copy itKeys start with leadey_sk_live_ and are shown once, so store yours safely.
Send the key as a Bearer token (Authorization: Bearer your_key) to https://backend.leadey.ai/v1. Each key can make up to 120 requests a minute.

Heads up. Revoking a key stops it working immediately and can’t be undone.
Access. API keys need the Manage API keys permission (admins by default).
