Inbox has tabs for Primary, Emails, Missed Calls, Messages (SMS and WhatsApp), LinkedIn, Tasks and Potential Contacts.
Folders: Inbox, Starred, Snoozed, Sent and Archive.
Archive, star, mark unread, or snooze until later today, tomorrow at 9am or next Monday at 9am.
Reply or forward with attachments. Draft with AI writes a first draft of your reply.
Whose inbox
Use the user menu in the top-right to see your own inbox (the default), all users, a teammate’s, or Unassigned conversations nobody is watching. What you can see depends on your role.
Potential Contacts
People who called, texted or booked through Calendly in the last 60 days but aren’t leads yet. Call back, Add as lead into a campaign, or Dismiss.
