Move your data from Close

Import your whole Close account, with history, in the background.

    Open Migration
    Go to Settings → Import from CRM and choose Close.

    Connect Close
    Paste a Close API key (it starts with api_). Leadey checks it and reads your account. Nothing changes in Close.

    Choose what to bring
    Pick what to import and how much activity history: the last 24 months by default, or everything.

    Import
    The import runs in the background.

Users, custom fields, statuses, pipelines, leads, opportunities, calls, emails, SMS, notes, meetings and tasks come across on the right records. They land in your Leads list, outside any campaign.

Tip. You can run it again. Re-runs update what changed instead of creating duplicates, so your team can keep working in Close until you switch.
Note. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and Zoho imports are coming soon. For now, export a CSV from those tools and import it into a campaign.
Access. If you don’t see this tab, your role doesn’t include it. Ask an admin in your workspace.
