Cold email deliverability in 2026: a practical checklist
Domains, warmup, volume and content: the settings that keep your emails in the inbox, and the ones that quietly don’t matter.

Set up your domains properly
Send from a secondary domain, never your main one. Configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC before the first email, and give each domain two to three weeks of warmup.
Volume is the lever that matters
Keep each mailbox under 40 cold emails a day. Spread volume across more mailboxes rather than pushing one harder.
Content that avoids filters
Plain text, one link at most, no images in the first touch. Short, specific emails get more replies and fewer spam flags.
