Leadey’s calling and SMS run on Twilio. Each call, text and phone number is charged from Twilio’s published rate for that country, paid as you go from a prepaid calling balance.
Leadey runs calling and SMS on Twilio. What you pay for each call, text and number follows Twilio’s price for that country, so rates move when Twilio’s do.
Each call and message is charged to the cent, and a fraction of a cent always rounds up — a call Twilio prices at $0.014 is charged as $0.02.
Usage comes out of a prepaid calling balance, kept separate from your plan and your credits. There’s no minimum spend and nothing is bundled you don’t use.
Pick the country on Twilio’s pricing page — that’s the rate your usage is based on. Inside Leadey, the price of a number is shown before you buy it.
Calling has its own balance, separate from your plan and your credits. You decide how it’s topped up and how much can be spent.
What a call costs depends on where it goes: a minute to a UK mobile costs several times a minute to a US landline. Paying for what you actually use is fairer than folding a guess into every seat.
Enterprise plans can have custom calling rates. Tell us your volumes and where you call.
